Directions: 2.4 miles east of jct PA225 on US209, then 0.6 miles left on Rakers Mill Rd. (SR1006), and 0.4 miles right on Henninger Rd. to bridge. Northeast of Elizabethville.

Comments:
The bridge was completely rebuilt during the Summer and Fall of 2003 at a cost of $254,346.00 by contractor Jbeitz Enterprises, Incorporated of Mifflintown, PA after engineers had determined that remaining portions of the bridge had suffered severe damage due to rot, insect infestation and inappropriate repairs over the years". (Wooden Covered Spans Volume 27 - #1 - Winter 2004) It was dedicated by the Dauphin County Commissioners on November 20, 2003. It has all new wood throughout.
