Comments:
This bridge was very similar to the Ashland Bridge (DE-02-02). At one time it led to a siding and station of the Wilmington & Western Railroad. It survived the 1938 flood and an arson attempt in March 1975. Steel I-beams were added in 1969 making it function as a steel stringer. It was rehabilitated by the property owner in 1981.
