Comments:
6-panel truss. The bridge was originally constructed adjacent to land owned by the Beeson family. It was closed to traffic in 1969 when the abutments were declared unsafe. It survived two arson attempts on August 9, 1979 and August 15, 1979. On December 4, 1979, Butcha Trucking started removing the roof and siding to move the bridge. It was relocated to Billie Creek Village where it replaced the footbridge at the entrance. The Beeson family’s log cabin, built in 1835 had been moved to the Village in 1969.
