Comments:
Per The Indianapolis News, August 22, 1896, "Covered Bridge Blown Down. - Greensburg, Ind., August 22.---A severe rain storm, accompanied by heavy wind, passed over this section last night. Corn was laid flat and trees ridden of fruit. Flatrock river is on a rampage, doing much damage. A covered bridge over the river at Moscow was blown down." It is not known if the damage was to the Kennedy bridge at Moscow or not, nor the extent of damage. The bridge was destroyed by a tornado on June 3, 2008. A new bridge, built by Dan Collom, was completed in September 2010.
