Comments:
Per the Oneonta Herald, May 16, 1866, "We also learn that the covered bridge at Otego, across the Susquehanna river, was blown down, and that part of the roof of the river bridge at Emmons' was blown off." It was rebuit as a covered bridge which was eventually replaced with an iron bridge.
