Directions: 2.5 miles west of Eagleport on OH669, then 1.7 miles left on TR201 (becomes TR193) and just left on Helmick Rd. (TR269). Southeast of Eagleport.

Comments:
9-panel truss. Restoration work on this bridge in 2007 & 2008 added arches that are glued laminate, hinged at the top, & tied at the bottom with steel rods. Glued laminated floor beams are now hung from the arches.
