Comments:
Private. Formerly the John R. Cole Bridge that spanned West Creek on Route 239 (SR0239) north of the town of Benton in Columbia County. Bypassed in 1936, then dismantled and moved some 26 miles (as the crow flies) to the Knoebel's Grove Amusement Park and re-erected by a Mr. Hartman and Lawrence Knoebel in 1937. H.H. Knoebel purchased the bridge for the scant sum of $40.00. The road, which is private on the south end, leads into the Knoebel's Grove Campground.
