Comments:
Originally, the vertical paneling of this covered bridge was made of planks of unequal lengths. That was replaced in 1989. The bridge was closed in 2003, then restored and re-opened in 2008. At that time, the roadway was narrowed to restrict large vehicles. The road is closed in winter. The roof was damaged by high winds in 2015. New height restrictors (headache bars) were installed in 2017.
